The Role:
Assess and understand the mortgage and protection needs of new and existing clients.
Provide clear, comprehensive mortgage and life advice in line with clients' financial goals and best interests.
Deliver an excellent customer experience through attention to detail, accuracy, and timely communication.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider support team to deliver tailored, compliant mortgage solutions.
Manage applications efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to APA lending and regulatory standards.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the advisory team.
The Candidate:
APA Loans
Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

What We Offer:
Competitive base salary: €40,000 to €45,000, plus strong performance-based commission.
