Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Sales Support / Operations team
Oversee daily operations and workflows
Support advisers with cases and client queries
Act as an escalation point for complex issues
Improve processes and service standards
Ensure work is accurate, compliant, and on time
Work closely with senior management and internal teams
Requirements
Experience in financial services or a regulated environment. Pensions, Life, or Investments are a benefit
Proven people management or team leadership experience
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of customer service operations
Comfortable working with systems, processes, and deadlines
