Hybrid - City Centre | €45,000-€55,000 + up to 20% bonus

The role

• Manage client cases across pensions, investments and protection from initial enquiry through to completion

• Liaise directly with providers and clients to gather requirements and keep business progressing

• Support advisers with research, analysis and preparation of suitability reports

• Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation and files

• Ensure strong standards across AML and compliance processes

• Monitor workflow and manage multiple cases at different stages

• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and client experience

• Support the ongoing development of a tech-enabled planning environment

Is this you?

• QFA qualified (or close to completion) with 2-3+ years' experience in life, pensions and investments or paraplanning

• Strong understanding of compliance and AML requirements within financial services

• Organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple cases in a fast-paced setting
