This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, deal-focused Treasury role with a globally respected aviation finance platform operating at significant scale across international markets.

Our client is a major player in global aircraft leasing and asset-backed financing, partnering with airlines across more than 60 countries and managing a sophisticated, diversified funding platform spanning public bonds, private placements, bank debt, structured finance, and capital markets instruments.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Treasurer, this is a broad, high-impact role combining Treasury and Trading responsibilities, sitting at the heart of financing strategy and execution.

You will take a lead role in structuring and executing complex debt transactions across public and private markets while helping optimise a multi-billion-dollar global funding platform. The role spans deal origination through to execution, with heavy engagement across deal teams and potential involvement in structuring facilities in the Middle East.

This is not an operational treasury role, it is a commercially focused, capital markets-driven position with real visibility at executive and board level and significant career visibility within the organisation. This is an amazing opportunity to join a well-established international aircraft lessor.

The Profile

We are seeking a high-calibre, commercially sharp capital markets professional with strong credibility and the ability to operate in a high-performance transaction environment.

This role is suited to a standout candidate looking for a step-up opportunity with significant exposure and responsibility.

You will be:

• Intellectually strong with excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Confident presenting views and challenging constructively
• Comfortable managing multiple live transactions simultaneously
• Highly organised and effective under tight timelines
• A clear communicator capable of explaining complex structures concisely
• Collaborative but decisive

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Treasury or Investment Banking
• Strong track record across bond issuance, loan origination and refinancing
• Experience working on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional funding platform
