Required for leading residential developer who are active on several sites nationwide.

Responsible for producing, managing, and monitoring detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject. The planner will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes for housing developments using Asta Powerproject.

• Work closely with the Construction Director, Project Managers, Site Managers, Design, and Commercial teams to align programmes with design, procurement, and build strategies.
• sequence works logically, incorporating lead times, procurement schedules, statutory approvals, and utilities coordination specific to Irish residential projects.
• Identify critical paths, key milestones, and potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies where needed.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to validate lead times and integrate them into the programme.
• Strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process – from greenfield site to handover, including groundworks, utilities, timber frame/traditional build, and fit-out. • Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in planning within residential construction. What We Offer
