Contracts Manager – Fit Out & Joinery

Location: Dublin 24 (Office-based with occasional site visits)

Salary: €90,000- €100,000 Package- Bonus, Car, Pension and more! 

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established team specialising in high-quality fit-out projects for the retail sector. This role offers the chance to oversee projects from concept to completion, working closely with an in-house joinery workshop and a skilled delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple fit-out projects across Ireland, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
• Liaise with clients, designers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance
• Lead project meetings and ensure health and safety standards are upheld
• Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within fit-out or joinery-focused environments
• Strong understanding of the retail fit-out sector and relevant project workflows
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
• Full clean driving licence
