Customer Care Executive/Aftercare (New Homes)
North Dublin, Blanchardstown
€50-55k + Package
Required for leading private developer who are undertaking several residential projects across Dublin & Kildare.
Role will be predominantly office based, but some travel will be required. Own vehicle required.
Ideal candidate will have a strong aftersales focus, and have previously dealt with customers and possess a client facing disposition with an understanding of the property industry ideally within the new homes sector.
Working as part of the sales & marketing team, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
The role involves, co-ordinating day to day operations once the buyer moves in and dealing with any issues that arises post completion.
Assist with snag and final inspections to progress the completion process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations once buyers move in and dealing with any issues that may arise.
- Provide high quality of customer service, update and maintain current daily logs.
- Preparing and collating handover information manuals.
- Liaise with home buyers to arrange snagging appointments and ensure snag lists are issued to site and progressed
- Assisting with final Inspections at snagging stage
- Maintain highly organized filing system for manuals, handover packs, customer care files, snag lists, weekly reports!
- Assist with sales closings - Liaise with purchasers to arrange handover of keys and conduct a demonstration of the workings of the house (training will be provided)
Experience/skill set should include:
• 2-3 years experience in a property management/sales/customer care environment
• Excellent customer service
