Design Co-ordinator (CSA/MEP)

€65-75k + Package

Required for Tier-1 contracfotr undertaking  large scale commercial project in Dublin City Centre. Project-based and reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, the candidate will work with the site management team, the design team

and supply chain to deliver coordinated, buildable and cost-effective co-ordinated design solutions.

Responsible for managing and coordinating the design process on the various CSA and MEP packages, ensuring sub-contractor detail designs are compliant, deliverable and aligned with client and design team requirements,

statutory regulations and contractual obligations.

Duties

• Manage the production and delivery of design information in line with programme requirements.  
• Coordinate the inputs of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve fully integrated design solutions.  
• Support the development and management of design programmes, deliverables and project reporting.  
• Support the Coordination and track the submittal and approval process of Designs and materials ensuring Client Representative sign off and approvals
• Ensure timely resolution of design queries and interface issues across CSA and MEP subcontract packages

Skills / Experience

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role  
• Working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• Experience in managing consultants and subcontractor design packages.
