Required for leading Tier-1 construction contractor is seeking a Document Controller to join their team on a major project in West Dublin.

This is a key support role requiring a highly organised and proactive individual to manage project documentation and administrative duties on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update document management systems, ensuring all records are accurate and current.

• Distribute project documents such as drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Log and archive document revisions accurately.

• General site administration including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

• Support meeting coordination: prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and project-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in document control or Site administration roles, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sectors.

• Proficiency/experience in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, 4Projects, etc.).

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
