Electrical / Electronic Engineer - North Dublin.

In this role you will:
• Provide complete electrical / electronic design solutions to improve product performance and reliability including all verification and validation activities.
• Support initiatives from design through to maturation of product and process. Familiar with Product Lifecycle Management control systems for configuration control.
• Someone who can problem solve to a solution, with a structured analytical approach

• It would be advantageous to have the following experience:
o Knowledge of computer operating systems: hardware and software
o PCB design experience with a good understanding of design concepts and component selection
o Knowledge of analog and digital circuits from the transducer to the microcontroller input; considering cabling, connectors, signal strength, and noise/interference
o Knowledge of firmware development (ability to modify current firmware)
o Knowledge of power electronics, cabling routing and how to integrate into a complex instrument
o Understanding of EMC, Low Voltage & Machinery Directives and other relevant standards

Interested applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical or Computing Engineering or similar (QQI level 8) with minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.

• An excellent team player who knows how to work in a team environment
• Excellent communications skills - written and verbal, are required
