Electrical Supervisor – Europe (Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden)

The Electrical Supervisor will play a key leadership role in the delivery of major data centre projects across Europe. Working closely with the Construction and Project Management teams, you will oversee all electrical installation activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of works to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to manage teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Construction Manager and/or Project Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Enforce strict compliance with site Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Oversee the performance of direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring correct material allocation and work sequencing.
- Conduct daily reporting, progress tracking, and workforce coordination.
- Manage and support subcontractor activities to maintain schedule and quality targets.
- Perform post-construction surveys and assist in preparing accurate As-Built documentation.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet regulatory requirements, including national electrical rules, building regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement company administration processes, documentation, and compliance protocols.
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients.
Skills & Requirements
- Electrical trade background is essential.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of large-scale construction environments; data centre experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Revit is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within high-performing site teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships.
