Finishing Foreperson | Dublin | €65k-€75k + Benefits 

(option to be employed on a contract basis via hourly rate)

Our client, a leading main contractor and developer, is seeking experienced Finishing Forepersons and Managers for major projects, including high-density residential and apartment developments exceeding 1,000 units across multiple phases.

Role Overview:

As a Finishing Foreperson, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality finish to major construction projects. Your keen eye for detail and ability to coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage finishing works, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to drive project completion efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain the highest standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges while ensuring timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and working under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisive, effective decisions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes.
