Health & Safety Manager(Residential Developer)

€85-100K + Package

Required for expanding resdiential developer with 7+ sites in Wicklow & Dublin.

Role will entail   setting up and managing H&S systems for the company and overseeing multiple sites.

Role can be based in Ashford  or North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Company’s Health & Safety function in its entirety
• Partner with the Construction and Operational Senior Management team to ensure effective delivery of Safety solutions
• Manage, recruit, and develop the Health and Safety team
• Develop, enhance, and implement robust Health & Safety procedures
• ensuring statutory and environmental safety obligation
• Ensure and promote an incident free workplace

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Health & Safety, working on residential projects
• A third level diploma/degree in Health & Safety or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
