Project Manager – Restoration & Conservation

€80k–€90k + Vehicle + Package

Required for Tier-2 contractor undertaking Restoration & Conservation projects ranging from €5-10m across Dublin & Leinster.

Typical projects include refurbishment/restoration of listed buildings, public buildings, Castles, Libraries, Museums, protected structures.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of conservation/restoration construction projects.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and delivery programmes.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, ecologists, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against milestones and contractual deliverables.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Construction Management

• Oversee site activities and contractor performance.
• Manage construction quality assurance and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Building regulations
  • Planning permissions
  • Environmental legislation
  • Health & safety standards
• Coordinate site logistics, permits, and access requirements.
