Job Description:

As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Planning Manager and other Project Planning Leads in the business as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects. Current requirements allow for a base in our Little Island Office, Cork. With full-time site requirements in the Munster region.

• Development of detailed construction schedules for baseline agreement with client
• Ability to fully resource load schedules and track KPI’s
• Ensuring accuracy and timely updating of construction schedule
• Track planned versus actual EV progress
• Working with construction team members to capture and log any issues via the appropriate change control mechanisms
• Attending site meetings (internal and client based)
• Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes
• Monitoring fabrication workshops and site installation output
• Take lead in production/co-ordination in issuing of weekly construction reports

Skills and Requirements

• Relevant 3rd level qualification
• Minimum of 3-5 years post qualification experience (ideally in a M&E contracting environment)
• Experience based on utilising Primavera P6 software required
• Site based role working on a standard working week basis or rotation basis
• Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
