Our client is a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate throughout Ireland with a turnover of circa. €650m.
They have an urgent requirement for a Senior Site Manager to oversee a Design & Build residential project in Cork, involving the construction of two separate blocks providing 114 apartments. The blocks are up to 9 storeys, both constructed with an insitu RC frame and precast floors, and finished externally with a brick façade and aluclad windows.
The Site Manager is responsible for various construction activities including health and safety, quality control, site logistics, employee relations, supervision of subcontractors, forepersons and others to achieve project production targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of the project's senior leadership team with a genuine market leader in Ireland who have long-term work in the Cork/Munster region.
