An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Administrator to join a well-established residential developer on a major housing project in Nenagh, comprising c.308 units delivered over a 3-year programme. With additional projects already in the pipeline, this role offers strong long-term stability and progression within a growing delivery team.
The Role
Working closely with the Site Management team, the Site Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- General site administration and document control
- Managing site records, drawings, and correspondence
- Assisting with inductions, site registers, and compliance documentation
- Coordinating deliveries, subcontractor paperwork, and timesheets
- Supporting health & safety documentation and filing
- Liaising with head office and project teams as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator / Construction Admin role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with construction site processes and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
