Site Administrator / Document Controller (Residential)

€45-50k + Package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Administrator/Document Controller to join a Tier-1 main contractor on a large-scale residential development in South Dublin.

This is a key role within a busy project team, ensuring the efficient management, control, and distribution of all project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company procedures
• Ensure accurate document control processes, including version control, approvals, and distribution
• Upload, track, and manage documents using project management systems (e.g. EDMS / Common Data Environment)
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure timely document flow
• Maintain drawing registers, RFI logs, and document trackers
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with project and regulatory requirements
• Support the site team with administrative duties as required
• Assist with handover documentation and project close-out

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Site Administration/Construction/Document Controller role, ideally within construction or engineering
• Experience working on large-scale projects (residential experience advantageous)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software
