Site Clerk/Site Administrator (Residential)

Lusk, North Dublin

€45-50k (DOE)

Required for reputable and award-winning mixed-use developer who are currently working on several residential projects in North Dublin which will run for 2+ years.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience new build projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Document Control – design team and subcontractor documents
  • BCAR administration – inspection plan monitoring; and IFCO closeout oversight; certification records management
  • RFI monitoring
  • Conduct site inductions
  • Assist with weekly site progress reports
  • Quality inspection and test records management
  • Site minutes
  • Organise weekly timesheets and liaise with payroll
  • Maintain site order book and reconcile orders with delivery dockets
  • Maintain Health and Safety paperwork
  • Management of site drawings
  • Management and administration of plant and labour trackers
