Site Manager – Dublin
Oof Ireland's leading Tier 1 main contractors and is currently delivering a landmark high-rise residential development in Dublin.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the project team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a major residential scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a company renowned for delivering complex, high-quality developments across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of a large high-rise residential project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, foremen and direct labour.
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme, specifications and quality standards.
- Drive a strong health and safety culture across the site.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively manage programme targets.
- Chair site coordination meetings and liaise with the wider project team.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives.
- Manage quality inspections, snagging and project handover.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and site documentation.
- Ensure the highest standards of workmanship are achieved throughout the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a recognised main contractor.
- Experience delivering large residential, mixed-use or high-rise developments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of Irish construction practices and building regulations.
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and manage fast-paced programmes.
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Relevant construction qualification or trade background.
- Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications.

- €75,000 – €85,000 salary (depending on experience)
