Required for leading building contractor with multiple Educational projects across Westmeath.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure quality, timelines, and safety
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure fit-out works adhere to design drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Health & Safety

• Enforce HSE regulations on site.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks

Coordination

• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Liaise with MEP teams to ensure services are installed correctly and coordinated with finishes.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and storage of materials.
