Food & Beverage Duty Manager
· Must have previous experience working as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a busy 4/5* hotel environment
· Must have a minimum 2 years experience
· Proven track record of Duty Management
· Excellent attention to detail
· Positive attitude and good communication skills
· Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
· Must have permission to work in Ireland on a full time basis.
· Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently
· Supervise service across restaurants, bars, and function room
· Manage staffing levels in line with business needs
· Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high standards
· Ensure SOPs, service standards, and presentation are consistently followed
· Monitor stock, cash handling, and operational procedures
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
· Record and report incidents, ensuring proper follow-up
· Duty management experience is preferable.
- Successful candidate must be available to work shifts including weekends & bank holidays.
