We are seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst to join our team at the Head Office in Dublin, supporting international supply chain operations. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing and managing export documentation, monitoring shipments with transporters and warehouse teams, assisting in dispatch planning, supporting inventory updates, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires tracking logistics performance to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs forms) ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Monitor shipments with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and clients.

• Support inventory updates and warehouse operations as required.

• Assist in dispatch activities to align with production schedules.

• Support KPI tracking and contribute to minor process improvements in logistics workflows.

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to help resolve operational issues efficiently.


Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• Post-Graduate Diploma in Logistics or equivalent (desirable)

• At least 5–7 years of professional experience in logistics, export operations, or supply chain management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced) and Power BI

• Proficient in English

• Portuguese (fluent) and French (intermediate) advantageous

• Experience supporting shipment monitoring, documentation management, and logistics processes

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills


Desirable Skills

• Experience with multi-modal transport operations (maritime, road, air)

• Experience liaising with freight forwarders and customs agents

• Ability to monitor KPIs and support workflow improvements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
