Kerry Delicatessens T/A Benners Hotel, Upper Castle Street, Tralee, Co. Kerry is currently recruiting Pastry Chef de partie. Must have a minimum of 2 Yrs. of experience as a pastry chef. A certificate in food production is required. Prepare, produce, and present pastries, desserts, and breads to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. Comply with food safety & hygiene. Experience working in a busy kitchen is essential and must be a team player. This is a permanent full-time role, with a salary of €34,000 to €39,000 per annum.
