Castle House Restaurants Ltd T/A Kicky’s require (4) Chef De Partie for their popular restaurant at Unit 9, Castle House, 73/83 South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2. Minimum two years’ experience working in a similar role. Must be hardworking and capable of producing high quality Mediterranean/Contemporary cuisine for both department and internal standards.
