Position: Nurse Manager
Location: Holy Cross Day Care Centre, Killarney Community Services, Rock Road, Killarney
Employment Type: 35 hrs/week
Killarney Community Services welcome applications for the post of Nurse Manager. TheNurse Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Day Care Centre for Older People. You will oversee daily operations and administration duties, manage staff, and maintain strong relationships with families/carers and the community. You will provide strategic leadership, operating in accordance with the policies of the Day Care Centre and the coordination of activities that will add value to the lives of the clients attending.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:
- A registered nurse with AnBordAltranais
- At least three years experience nursing older people
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Have engaged in continuous professional development
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the needs of older people
- Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role
