We are seeking a Senior Acquisitions Project Manager based in Dublin Head Office that will be responsible for Logistics property requirements, sale and leaseback projects and larger mixed use store developments.

What you'll do

  • Managing all aspects of the Acquisition process for sites with a particular focus on complex mixed use development schemes in a fast paced target driven retail environment
  • The role includes strategic planning, site identification and appraisal, negotiations with Vendors, development end-users, legal contract negotiations, as well as managing the Board Approval and planning permission processes
  • The role involves project managing various stakeholders including Design teams, Solicitors, Agents, Council officials and Landowners on a regular basis to achieve targets
  • Develop and manage good business relationships with company business partners, such as lawyers, architects and engineers

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree (min 2.1) in a relevant field: Business, Property, Construction, Engineering
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Property role with a proven track record and strong drive to succeed
  • Experience in a Project Management role would be advantageous
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Full Driving licence is essential
  • Flexibility regarding working location will be required
  • German would be an advantage but not essential
