We are looking for Food Safety Managers who are qualified Shift Leaders in McDonalds for two of our restaurants in McDonalds Commons Road Co. Cork, McDonalds Douglas Cork City, McDonalds Blackpool Shopping Centre and McDonalds Clonmel. Auditing and looking at the main functions of safety and security in our restaurant, ensuring that all legal standards are met and look at training our staff on the current steps of health and safety including manual handling, fire prevention etc. also liaison with contractors to ensure that our equipment is up to date and safe to use. Looking at completing regular food safety audits and training staff on the correct food safety practices by implementing a good delivery team and ensuring that food safety is always 100% compliant.
Salary of 37000 a year starting based on a 39-hour working week with a great range of benefits such as quarterly bonus scheme, employee meal policy etc.
