What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- A degree in a scientific or technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing a team in a laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to colleagues and senior leaders.
- A deep understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), global regulations, and quality systems.
- A proactive and logical approach to problem-solving, especially under pressure.
- A flexible, self-motivated work style and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
