Join our Medical Affairs team to advance patient care by engaging in scientific exchange with external medical experts and industry professionals, ensuring the scientific value of our products is realized. 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the medical expert, providing unbiased medical and scientific assistance to healthcare professionals regarding our product portfolio, clinical development, or disease areas of interest. 
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with the healthcare community, especially scientific experts and academic centers, to improve patient outcomes. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Medical Affairs Plans (MAPs) aligned with our therapeutic areas of interest. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver or assist in delivering projects in the MAP, including health technology appraisals, clinical trials, early access strategies, guidelines, policy work, symposia, advice-seeking activities, and medical education initiatives. 
  • Support data generation activities (phase I-III) by identifying suitable research projects, centers, investigators, and innovative data generation methods. 
  • Advocate for integrity and ethical governance within the organization, leading by example. 
  • Operate in a nonpromotional capacity at all times. 
  • Ensure all activities and interactions comply with local, global, and national laws, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, company policies, and best practice standards. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Medical or pharmacy degree; higher science degree (MSc, PhD) acceptable with industry experience and proven achievements. 
  • In-depth knowledge of IPHA Code of Practice, preferably with final signatory status. 
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills with the scientific community in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or academic settings. 
  • Understanding of the healthcare environment and opportunities for effective pharma-healthcare partnerships within the IPHA Code of Practice. 
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office software. 

Preferred 

  • Industry experience is preferable. 
  • Oncology industry experience is preferable. 
  • Good research skills in data generation.
