We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Services Maintenance Manager to lead our Engineering maintenance team at our facility in Dunboyne, County Meath. - Lead the Emergency Response Team, ensuring all members are trained and ready to support the site 24/7.

- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins and performance reviews to support personal and team development.
- Maintenance Operations
- Ensure timely completion of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance tasks in line with departmental goals.
- Maintain site services to support production and minimize outages.
- Oversee the work order process, ensuring accurate and prompt completion of maintenance requests.
- Help prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
- Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and lead training sessions to promote a safety-first culture.
- Manage the Emergency Response program, ensuring the team has the necessary training and equipment.
- Communication & Reporting
- Keep the Site Services Lead updated on team performance and maintenance compliance.
- Assist in developing a clear reporting structure for issues to facilitate quick escalation.
- Attend team meetings and communicate performance updates effectively.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on maintenance activities and improvement areas.
- Cost Management

What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- Level 7 bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience, including supervisory or team lead roles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utilities systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a maintenance environment.
