Warehouse Lead – Dunboyne

Join our team as a Warehouse Lead and help run day-to-day operations while developing and supporting a high-performing, inclusive team. You will work closely with Warehouse Technicians and cross-functional partners to keep materials moving safely and efficiently through the site.

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:

  • Lead daily warehouse activities: incoming goods receipt, material put-away, kitting for manufacturing, shipping, and raw material sampling.
  • Plan and prioritize process orders to balance people and equipment, ensuring a smooth flow of work.
  • Set clear goals, translate site priorities into action, and manage projects to deliver on time.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; collaborate across teams to meet site objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop technicians; foster continuous learning and problem-solving.
  • Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement; challenge the status quo and model lean ways of working.
  • Oversee training to keep skills current and relevant (Standard Operating Procedures, On-the-Job Training, Instructor-Led Training, Task Breakdown Sheets).
  • Lead by example—reinforce our culture of accountability, inclusion, and teamwork.
  • Support inventory management, including Kanban activities, and partner with Inventory Associates.
  • Identify and communicate risks; set stretch goals and allocate resources to meet business needs.
  • Participate in walk-the-floor reviews, site audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What skills you will need:

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

  • 5–10 years of experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice or other regulated environment.
  • Ability to work shifts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a track record of meeting schedules in an interdependent work culture.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues when needed.
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with supply chain material planning is a plus.
  • Proven ability to use lean tools and build team capability so improvements become the standard way of working.
  • Excellent coaching, collaboration, and influencing skills; comfortable working with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Warehouse management experience is desirable.
