Role Overview

We are looking to build our core team in advance of the 2026 events season and are seeking experienced Event Infrastructure Crew Operatives to support the installation, operation, and removal of temporary event structures across Ireland’s festival and live event sector.

This recruitment campaign is to build a balanced team of senior and experienced crew to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from March 2026 onwards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and dismantling of temporary event infrastructure including stages, seating, scaffolding, barriers, and drape
  • Manual handling of materials and equipment
  • Working at height in accordance with site safety procedures
  • Compliance with all method statements, risk assessments, and site safety requirements
  • Supporting site supervisors and project managers during builds and de-rigs
  • Maintaining high safety, quality, and workmanship standards on live event sites
  • Working collaboratively as part of a core site crew


Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Irish entertainment, festival, or event infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience on Irish festival and live event sites
  • Strong understanding of Irish site safety standards and working practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Physically fit and capable of manual site work
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills


Experience Levels Required

We are seeking a mix of experience levels within the team:

  • Senior Crew Operatives: 5+ years’ experience in event infrastructure delivery
  • Experienced Crew Operatives: 3+ years’ experience in the Irish events and entertainment sector
  • Experience with Layher or similar scaffold systems
  • Experience delivering large-scale Irish festivals or public events


Desirable (but not essential)

  • Safe Pass
  • Manual Handling
  • Work at Height / MEWP / Forklift certification
