Chef de Partie

Dayu Ltd trading as Shibuyashi is currently hiring a full time Chef de Partie to join our team located at Unit 9, St Bridgid’s Cottage Shopping Centre, Main Street, Blanchardstown, Dublin15, D15X9EX 

Duties: Responsibilities for Asian Chinese food preparation, meal cooking and production

Essential:

• Minimum two years chef of Asian Chinese food cooking experiences and skills
• Minimum Qualification: Asian Chinese food cooking qualification
• Mandarin Chinese language

 Desirable:

•  Permanent full time Contract and working hours 39 hours per week.
• Annual remuneration is €36,605.00. 
• Working location at Shibuyashi, Unit 9, St Bridgid’s Cottage Shopping Centre, Main Street, Blanchardstown, Dublin15, D15X9EX
