Tourist Guide (Chinese Speaking)

Joyway Tours Ltd is currently hiring a full-time Tourist Guide (Chinese Speaking) to assist our clients from China during their travels in Ireland.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead tourists according to the itinerary and provide Chinese explanations of attractions
• Answer questions from tourists about attractions, culture, history, and customs
• Coordinate with transport, dining, and accommodation providers to ensure smooth travel
• Ensure tourist safety, provide emergency guidance, and handle unexpected incidents
• Manage schedules to keep the itinerary on time
• Collect feedback from tourists and improve service quality

 Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese, able to clearly explain historical and cultural sites
• Strong communication skills and customer service awareness
• Previous tour guide experience and relevant qualifications are an advantage

 Benefits:

• Permanent full-time contract (39 hours per week)
• Annual remuneration of €34,000.00
