About the role:

Join us as in our mission to lead innovation and shape the future through our cutting-edge Innovation Centres in the Belfast Region City Deal (BRCD). As the Executive Director-Belfast Region City Deal, you will be at the forefront of driving groundbreaking initiatives in Engineering, DeepTech, and Health and Life Sciences, including flagship programs such as iREACH Health, Momentum One Zero (M1.0), and AMIC. Be a part of our dynamic, matrixed team, reporting directly to the Vice President and Chief Finance and Resources Officer, and play a pivotal role in defining and executing this strategic vision for Queen’s University Belfast.

In this influential role, you will provide visionary leadership, fostering collaboration among sectors within these islands. Your impact will extend beyond borders, contributing to both the local and global innovation landscape. Your responsibilities will encompass efficient management of staff and budgetary requirements, ensuring optimal benefits for Queen’s and the broader community of Northern Ireland.
