Chef de Partie

John Connolly of Rathbaun Hotel, Lisdoonvarna, Co. Clare is currently recruiting two Chef de Partie with minimum of 2 years experience. €34,000 per annum. 39 Hours per week. A good level of English is required. The start date is flexible, from 26th April 2026.

We are looking for a genuine Chef de Partie willing to do their best and follow the recipes and methods of the Rathbaun Hotel.

Full training of our recipes/menu will be provided.
