Front Office Manager required for busy 4* Hotel in Cork
The main purpose of Front Office Manager role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office department and its team by directing and managing all operations and employees to obtain the highest quality of service to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to customers. This will ensure all the Hotels guest’s requests are met at all times by offering excellent customer service while maximising revenue.
As the ‘face’ of company to ensure guests receive a warm welcome, enthusiastically lead and motivate team to deliver those personal customer-focused standards, whilst ensuring rate adherence, cross-selling and up-selling targets ensuring that guest journey is memorable and exceeds expectations.
Ultimately, to ensure front desk provides professional and friendly service to guest whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
The nature of the role requires flexibility incorporating morning, evening and weekend shifts.
