We are current recruiting experienced Reservations Executive for a 4* Hotel in East Cork
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking to check-in
- Manage room allocations, pricing strategies, and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor and manage online booking platforms and direct booking websites.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the front office manager and team to optimize room sales and revenue management.
- Ensure accurate recording and communication of booking details with relevant departments.
- Responsibility for both individual and group bookings
- Performing regular checks on future individual & group bookings
- Working with the Sales team to identify leads and pass to the appropriate sales person
- Manage No-show and cancellation reservations & process charges according to hotel policy
- Compile weekly/monthly/annual reports in line with the hotel requirements
- To constantly liaise with housekeeping department to ensure all guests request are actioned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Reservations Supervisor or similar role, in a busy 4* hotel
- Proficient with systems like Hotsoft/Channel Manager Systems and the GDS
- Experience in revenue management practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering a superior guest experience.
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Applicants require curent legal status to live and work in Ireland without restrictions

Working Hours:
