We are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant, Brasserie Manager, responsible for daily Food and Beverage Operations to join a prominent 5* Resort Hotel in Co Cork. The role will require the effective and efficient management of the Hotel Brasserie / Restaurant business and coordinating all day to day activities in the Hotel during service.
Requirements
· Experience in managing Food and Beverage operations in the Hotel Brasserie / Restaurant - to very exacting standards
· Candidates need experience managing private Events, lunches, Private Dinners etc.
· Management experience in Rostering, Purchasing, ordering, stocks, Tills and cash management needed,
· Must display effective leadership and team management abilities
· Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person
· A positive attitude, a “can do” approach, an approachable style
· 3+ years Restaurant / Brasserie Management experience in 4/5* Hotel in Ireland preferred,
· Work Permit is not available for this role, full legal status to work in Ireland is required.
Responsibilities
· Manage daily operations and coordinating all aspets of the hotel Restaurant service
· Lead and guide the team as required during service / shift
· Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
· Observe all shift and opening / closing procedures and training the team in consistance and compliance
· Provide leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all
