Spa Therapist fulltime - 5* Hotel Cork

We are recruiting Spa Therapists to our Clients 5* Resort Hotel & Spa in Cork. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years experience in leading 4/5* Hotel property

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:

• Have an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years Spa experience is desirable.
• Experience in body and facial Treatments
• ESPA training is desirable but not essential.
• Graduates are invited to apply for this role also, as full training can be provided to the right candidate.

• Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
• Be self-motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Must be guest focused and with excellent communication skills.
• Must present a professional image at all times.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

• To provide a 5-star customer journey to all guests.
• Perform 5-Star Treatments as per in house Training procedures.
• To conduct thorough consultation with each guest.
• Offer your expert homecare advise and recommendations.
• Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness of your treatment room.
• Assisting other team members in their roles.
• Stock-take of Treatment Room each month, to ensure a consistent level of stock is in each treatment room.
• Follow stock rotation, aware of product usage & waste prevention.
• To always maintain professional & courteous both to guests & to colleagues
• Maintain time management & organisation as set out per day.
