Accounts Manager - Legal

Sanderson are partnering with a legal firm in Dublin 2 to recruit for an Accounts Manager on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Management, Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Accounts management bringing the accounts to a close monthly and ensuring all reconciliations are fully complete
• Generating reports and distributing to the partners and overseeing action needed to be taken
• Monthly reconciliations of all nominal codes on the trial balance
• Year End Accounts and assisting with the year-end financial close including some liaising with external auditors
• Maintaining Human Resources files and overseeing general office operations
• Ordering of office supplies and purchase agreements with external suppliers
• Appropriate allocation of work to legal secretaries
• Supervision and recruitment of secretarial and administrative staff
• Liaison with external providers to ensure that IT infrastructure is appropriate for the needs of the practice
• Creating website and ensuring that website content is relevant and up to date
• Efficient flow of information within the practice

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 Years proven experience as an Accounts Manager
• Accounting Qualification, IATI Accounting Technician or studying towards a Professional Accounting Qualification
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with legal professionals
