Part Qualified Accountant

Our client is a well-established Accountancy Practice and Financial Planners who've been serving the north east for over 80 years. Our client is seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join the finance team, the ideal candidate will have at least two year's experience working in practice as well as accounts preparation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• All areas of accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships, companies
• Preparation of audited accounts
• Preparation of all tax returns
• Preparation of statutory returns
• Assisting with client audits
• Bookkeeping & Payroll calculations
• Assisting partners on special client assignments

Qualifications and Experience:

• Part Qualified Accountant ACA OR ACCA OR Equivalent
• 2-to-3-year experience working in an accountancy practice
• Full driver's license and access to a car
• A good working knowledge of accounts production, audit and taxation
• Strong communication skills, confident in client interaction
• Strong IT skills
• Willing to work in the office and on site with clients
