• One of Ireland’s largest independent security providers with over 40 years of experience are looking for an account manager to join the team in Cork. 

About Your New Job

• Manage and develop relationships with existing alarm installers to maximize engagement and business growth.
• Identify, approach, and recruit new alarm installers to expand the network, focusing on residential/domestic sectors.
• Collaborate with existing installers to enhance sales of monitoring services.
• Achieve individual and regional sales targets through proactive pipeline management and effective follow-up.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within a service-oriented industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability.
• Full, clean driving license required.
