Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant – Galway

Sigmar Recruitment is hiring for an Accountancy Recruitment Consultant to join our Galway team. Previous experience working in a recruitment agency on a 360 desk with strong exposure to business development and proven track record in winning business, is essential.

What you will be doing:

• Business development (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings)
• Relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)
• Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as – LinkedIn, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience.
• Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)
• Achieving core KPIs and sales targets
• Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
• Expanding your industry knowledge and network of Accountancy professionals
• You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the industry through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in recruitment in 360 agency recruitment (more is always welcome!)
• Naturally inquisitive
• Confident communicator
• Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses work
• Results driven with ambition and drive
• Performs best under pressure
