**************Manufacturing - 12 month - Limerick based - Hybrid**************

  • Purchasing parts for calls for a team of engineers and external customers
  • Dealing with parts queries, sourcing suppliers and warranty / parts returns efficiently
  • Requesting quotations from suppliers & issuing quotations to customers
  • Assisting FSEs in obtaining part codes from suppliers and identifying correct parts
  • Setting up new part codes and maintaining stock levels
  • Weekly/monthly invoicing of service work
  • Inputting data in dedicated software package
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues
  • Report writing
  • Ensuring ISO standards, and external SLA’s are achieved on a consistent basis

Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience of product order and invoicing customers an advantage
  • High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working with SAP an advantage
