**************Manufacturing - 12 month - Limerick based - Hybrid**************
- Purchasing parts for calls for a team of engineers and external customers
- Dealing with parts queries, sourcing suppliers and warranty / parts returns efficiently
- Requesting quotations from suppliers & issuing quotations to customers
- Assisting FSEs in obtaining part codes from suppliers and identifying correct parts
- Setting up new part codes and maintaining stock levels
- Weekly/monthly invoicing of service work
- Inputting data in dedicated software package
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues
- Report writing
- Ensuring ISO standards, and external SLA’s are achieved on a consistent basis
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience of product order and invoicing customers an advantage
- High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in working with SAP an advantage
