They boast a wide range of projects in their portfolio and are still attracting new clients throughout Ireland and beyond, offering a wide range of expertise across architecture, project management and interior design.

They are now looking for an architectural technologist to join their team.

About Your New Job

As an architectural technologist with this well-known practice, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation in line with client requirements and building regulations.
• Working closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to refine designs and ensure technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
• Assisting in coordinating construction processes, ensuring the technical aspects of the project are executed as planned, and liaise with contractors to resolve any design or construction issues and ensuring all designs meet local building codes, regulations, and standards, and help ensure compliance during the construction phase.
• Providing solutions to complex technical issues related to design, materials, construction methods, and sustainability.

What Skills You Need

A degree or in Architectural Technology, Building Technology, or a related field is required.

3 years’ experience in an architectural technician role using Irish building regulations with in-depth understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices.

Experience in commercial projects is an advantage
