About Your New Job

• As the Area Sales Manager, you will develop excellent working relationships with central buyers and manage key accounts with both new and existing customers.
• You will be responsible for hitting your sales budget through proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate on daily activities, project tracking, and market/customer information using CRM systems.
• Communicate market findings and customer insights to management effectively.
• Assist in compiling sales reports, producing agendas for customer meetings, and ensuring CRM updates.
• Support brand awareness and business development through marketing campaigns.
• Attend on-site meetings, sales meetings, conferences, trade exhibitions, and open days as required.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven personal sales record.
• Proven history of working to and achieving sales budgets/targets.
• Applicant must be based in Ireland.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full clean driving license is essential.
