About Your New Job

As the Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding the market presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Growing and nurturing existing accounts while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
• Developing strong relationships with Branch Managers, Buyers, and Trade Counter teams to build trust and drive brand loyalty.
• Executing structured call plans to ensure consistent customer engagement across your territory.
• Targeting upcoming projects and supporting wholesalers in specifying the right products through training and expert advice.
• Operating in a field-based capacity, focused on increasing sales performance and unlocking growth potential within your existing account base.

What Skills You Need

• Strong industry experience in sales, particularly within the Electric Heating and Ventilation sector. 
• Energetic and ambitious with a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Proactive and strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
