This Galway Medical Device company is now seeking a new TA for their Galway office, this is a temporary contract until February 2026.
About Your New Job
As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you partner directly with hiring managers to support selection and recruitment of professionals.
- Involvement in Early Career recruitment & activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates
- Lead full cycle recruiting activities for Ireland Manufacturing and support portions of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to achieve business needs
- Team player with a growth mindset and desire to share expertise with/learn from fellow team and wider colleagues.
What Skills You will Need:
- Qualified to a bachelor’s level 8 degree in a relevant field
- A minimum 1-year relevant recruiting experience, recruiting high volume engineering / science roles is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Workday Recruit desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a team environment and the ability to use your own initiative
